Hi , I’m Dr. Aziz Yaghoubi Anzabi. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people through some of the most challenging times in their lives. As a qualified and experienced Ph.D. family counselor and therapist, my mission is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported through counselling & psychotherapy.
Life’s difficulties can sometimes feel overwhelming, whether they stem from family issues, workplace stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, OCD, or other struggles. Counselling & Psychotherapy offers a path to untangle these emotional knots, find clarity, and rediscover peace and healing. I want you to know that you don’t have to face these challenges alone. Together, we will work toward meaningful and lasting change.
To meet your unique needs, I combine a variety of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, BCT, EMDR, REBT, DBT, and EFT. I also integrate holistic practices like Naturopathic Medicine, Acupressure, Acupuncture, Cupping, Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Art Therapy, Herbal Medicine, Chinese Medicine, and Neuroplasticity. Every counselling & psychotherapy session is thoughtfully tailored to not only help you heal but also reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
I’m fluent in Persian, Azeri, Turkish, and English, which allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure that you feel comfortable expressing yourself in the language closest to your heart. My goal is to foster a genuine connection and help you feel safe and understood throughout this journey.
In my private and group therapy sessions, I focus on guiding clients through their fears, addictions, emotional challenges, and stress, as well as enhancing their quality of life. Counselling & Psychotherapy is not just about addressing problems—it’s about empowering you to grow, thrive, and reach your fullest potential. I also conduct workshops and seminars to inspire growth and resilience in individuals and communities.
